Priesthood of Only Some Believers?

Too many churches are held back by pastors doing too much and church members doing too little – an arrangement that ultimately hurts both parties and the cause of Christ.  Thankfully, there are dozens of ways that pastors can get out of the way and enable members to do what God has gifted and called them to do.  Here’s one inspiring,  simple, provocative way that worked exceedingly well – and can be repeated anywhere.
